The Friends of Black Brook Park was formed 2000. The objective of the group is to preserve the park and understand and communicate its significance to the Borough of Kenilworth. The Friends of Black Brook Park is made up of volunteers who give their time and energy for this cause.

The Committee meets as-needed throughout the year, depending on the activities being planned.
