Minutes of the January 20, 2005 Reorganization Meeting

Present:� Commissioners S. Kotch, Forman, Gabriel, P. Kotch, DeSciscio and Condo (Alt. #1)

Absent:� Commissioners Coraggio and Moscaritolo

Health Officer Ferraioli and Registered Environmental Health Specialist Buttell were in attendance.

Board Secretary Hrynkiewicz announced that the meeting was being held in conformance with the Open Public Meeting Act.

Nomination was made by Commissioner P. Kotch and seconded by Commissioner S. Kotch that Judy DeSciscio be re-elected as President.� All in favor.

Nomination was then made by President DeSciscio and seconded by Commissioner S. Kotch that Patricia Kotch be re-elected as Vice President.� All in favor.

President DeSciscio selected Commissioners Forman and S. Kotch to the finance committee and Commissioner Gabriel as an alternate member.� All in favor.

A motion was then made by President DeSciscio and seconded Vice President P. Kotch

o appoint John Ferraioli as Health Officer, Danielle Buttell as Registered Environmental Health Specialist and Regina Hrynkiewicz as Board Secretary.� Motion carried on roll call as follows:

A motion was made by Vice President P. Kotch and seconded by Commissioner S. Kotch to formally approve the appointments for Registrar of Vital Statistics to REHS Buttell and Deputy Registrar to Regina Hrynkiewicz.� Motion carried on roll call as follows:

A motion was then made by Vice President P. Kotch and seconded by Commissioner Forman to adjourn the reorganization meeting at 6:57p.m.
