Mayor Michael Tripodi presided over the re-organization meeting which began with a reading of the Sunshine Law and the pledge of allegiance.� The following board members were present: Mr. Lepore, Mr. LoForte, Mr. Westbrook, Mr.Rappa, Mr. Vitale, Mr. Schlenker, and Mr. Beninati.

VOTING FOR BOARD OFFICIALS

A nomination for Mr Schlenker to be Board Chairman was made and a vote taken:� seven in favor, one abstained.

A nomination for Mr.Westbrook for Vice-Chairman was made and a vote taken:� seven in favor, one abstained.

A nomination for Mr. Beninati to be Board Secretary was made and a vote taken:� seven in favor, one abstained.

A nomination for Mr. Lane, Esq., to be Board Attorney was made and a vote taken: all in favor.

A nomination for Mrs. Murphy to be recording Secretary was made and a vote taken: all in favor.

A discussion of the Work Session and Regular Meeting dates proceeded and will be posted in the local papers.� The following are the Planning Board Members for 2002 and their titles:� Mr. George Schlenker, Chairman, Mr. Greg Westbrook, Vice-Chairman,� Mr. John Beninati, Secretary, Mr. Ricahrd LoFore, Alternate #1, Mr. Anthony Lepore, Alternate #2, and Mr. Fred Pugliese, Alternate #3.� Other Board members are:� Mr. Charles Vitale, Mr. Frank Rica, Mayor Mike Tripodi, Councilman Greg David, Mr. Vincent Rappa, Mr. Dennis Schultz. Mr. William Lane, Esq. Is the Borough Attorney, and Mr. Michael Disko is the Borough Engineer.

Mr. Westbrook made a motion to adjourn, 2^nd by Mr. Beninati at 8:25. All in favor.�
