LEGAL NOTICE

The Borough of Kenilworth will be awarding contracts for the following Professional Services for year 2012 per N.J.S.A. 19:44a-20:5 et seq. (Fair & Open Process):

�         �����Borough Auditor

�         �����Borough Engineer

�         �����Labor Attorney

�         �����Bond Council

�         �����Borough Attorney

The Borough invites solicitation of proposals for the above contracts.� The anticipated value is in excess of $17,500 for each contract.

Factors considered in awarding contracts:

�                     Experience and reputation in the field

�                     Knowledge of the Borough and the subject matter to be addressed under the contract

�                     Availability to accommodate any required meetings of the Borough

�                     Compensation proposal;

�                     Other factors if demonstrated to be in the best interest of the Borough

Individual RFP�s are available at the office of the Municipal Clerk, 567 Boulevard, Kenilworth, NJ� 07033.

Unless modified, contracts will be awarded at the January Reorganization Meeting of the Governing Body of the Borough of Kenilworth.� Proposals may be submitted up until 4:00 PM, December 13, 2011 at the office of the Municipal Clerk located at 567 Boulevard, Kenilworth, NJ� 07033
